Creative Ops Authority · AI Integration Specialist · Speaker

I spent 20 years
inside the machine.
Now I redesign it.

From the agency trenches to the keynote stage — I’ve managed the chaos, built the systems, watched AI arrive, and decided to run toward it instead of away. Here’s the full story.

20+ Years in Creative Ops
5 Global Agencies
3 DEGRees + PMP

-The Story

Three acts. One throuh line.

Act One — The Career The agency years that taught me everything I built my career inside some of the world's most respected agencies — Wunderman, Y&R, Havas — and eventually found my way to Apple Marcom and Cisco. I managed timelines, teams, and complex multi-brand campaigns across global organizations. I got very good at making chaos look organized. But I always knew the real problem wasn't the workload — it was the lack of systems underneath it all.
Act Two — The Pivot When AI arrived, I ran toward it I watched AI begin reshaping every layer of creative work and realized two things: most creative ops leaders were panicking, and almost no one was building a practical bridge between traditional project management methodology and AI-integrated operations. I decided that was going to be my work. Not as a pretend expert — but as someone learning out loud, building frameworks in public, and sharing what actually works versus what sounds good in a deck.
Act Three — The Mission Building teams by design. Teaching others to do the same. Today I consult, teach, write, and speak at the intersection of project management, creative operations, and AI integration. The BRIDGE Framework is the distillation of everything I've learned. My mission is direct: help creative ops leaders stop reacting and start building — intentionally, systematically, by design. Not someday. Starting Monday.

-What I believe

AI is a tool.
Humans are the point.

What sits underneath every framework, every talk, and every client engagement I take on. The technology serves the people. Not the other way around.

01 AI should make your team more human, not less. The goal of AI integration isn't to automate everything. It's to automate the right things — so your team has more time for the work that actually requires a human: creative judgment, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and the kind of problem-solving no prompt can replace. If your AI implementation is making people feel replaceable, you're doing it wrong.
02 The best AI integration is invisible. When AI integration is done right, your team doesn't feel like they're working with a robot. They feel like they're finally working the way they always wanted to. Fewer interruptions. Clearer systems. More space to think. The technology disappears into the background where it belongs — and the humans step forward.
03 Change only sticks when people feel safe. Every AI integration initiative I've ever seen fail has failed for the same reason: people felt threatened instead of empowered. My frameworks are built around change management and psychological safety as much as technology. The best system in the world won't work if your team doesn't trust it — or the person leading it.
“The future isn’t AI-powered. It’s human-powered with AI as the assist.”

What Attendees say

AI is a tool.

Human creativity is the driver.

Here’s what I believe: AI is not the future of creative work. Humans are. AI is just the most powerful tool to help us with optimize our creative flow.

I bring this philosophy to every stage, every workshop, and every client engagement. Because the future isn’t AI-powered. It’s human-powered with AI as the assist. it.

01

AI should make your team more human, not less.

The goal of AI integration isn’t to automate everything. It’s to automate the right things — so your team has more time for the work that actually requires a human: creative judgment, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and the kind of problem-solving that no prompt can replace.

02

The best AI implementation is invisible.

When AI integration is done right, your team doesn’t feel like they’re working with a robot. They feel like they’re finally working the way they always wanted to. Fewer interruptions. Clearer systems. More space to think. The technology disappears into the background where it belongs.

03

Change is only sustainable when people feel safe.

Every AI integration initiative I’ve ever seen fail has failed for the same reason: people felt threatened instead of empowered. My frameworks are built around change management as much as technology. Because the best system in the world won’t work if your team doesn’t trust it.

-Who books kaye

Your work best friend — who happens to have human-powered with AI as the assist. it.

I’m not the consultant who shows up with a 200-slide deck and disappears after the kickoff call. I’m the person who sits in the work with you, asks the uncomfortable questions, tells you what I actually think, and stays until it’s actually working.

My style is direct without being harsh, educational without being preachy, and I use humor the same way I use data — to make the hard stuff easier to absorb. I’ve been told I make project management feel human. That’s the highest compliment I know how to receive.

-Beyond the Resume

The things that don't fit on a LinkedIn profile.

I learn everything in public My AI learning journey is documented in real time — every win, every embarrassing mistake. I believe visible learning builds more trust than claimed expertise. If I'm figuring something out, you'll know.
I believe creativity is the last competitive advantage As AI handles more of the execution, the teams that win will be the ones who never stopped investing in the humans doing the creative thinking. That's the philosophy behind everything I build.
I was an adjunct professor before it was a side hustle Teaching isn't a marketing strategy for me — it's a genuine love. Some of my most rewarding work has been in the classroom, watching someone have the "oh, I get it" moment that changes how they work forever.
I wrote the PMP books I wish existed PMNotebooks.com started because the available PMP study materials were dry, dense, and actively unhelpful. I wrote something readable instead. Apparently other people needed that too — the site is still going.
